What happens after I submit?

A senior advisor reviews your submission for eligibility signals and profile gaps. You’ll receive a reply with scheduling options and any clarifying questions within 1–2 business days.

When should I expect a reply?

Within 1–2 business days. If you haven’t heard back after 2 days, check your spam folder and then use the contact page to follow up.

Should I also message on WhatsApp?

Only if your situation is time-sensitive or you have a quick question. You don’t need to re-submit your profile — just mention you’ve already filled the form and we’ll pick up from there.
